the Civitan's in the Cardinal District

Our events for January, 2018
In December, the Civitan Club of Dayton made donations to:
United Rehabilitation Services at the Telethon $1,000
Building Bridges $500
Montgomery County PAAL $200
The Victory Project $200
In addition to the above donations, many Civitan Club members made personal donations to these organizations.
Purchased $500 of Choices in Living, Raffle Tickets and sold to Civitan members

The month of December is always fruitful and busy month for our club:

We donate money to the:
- Montgomgomery Count Police Association League to help keep young people off streets.

- The Victory Project, they rehabilitate incarcerated young men back into the community.

- Making Senior Christmas Baskets to give to Arbors of Dayton. These baskets will be given to seniors who don't have visitors.

- Club members meet at a K-Mart department store and each member that is present pays up to $100 for someone's lay a way. They actually observe people and determined the need.

In December, our club mans the phones and an interview by Mark Allen, TV Host. Over $100,000 is raised each year to help URS which provides treatment to infants and seniors with disabilities.
